Andres Fischborn
Director of Investor Relations
Andres Fischborn is the Director of Investor Relations at Cardone Capital, he has been a core member of the team since 2019. Over his 7-year tenure, Andres has played a key role in supporting the firm’s capital-raising efforts, investor communications, and day-to-day operations leading the investor relations department. Andres has contributed to Cardone Capital’s broader mission to democratize access to institutional-grade real estate. During his time with the firm, Cardone Capital has raised over $1.7 billion from nearly 20,000 investors across its real estate funds. Known for his commitment to investor experience and compliance, Andres helps ensure clear communication and consistent support throughout the investment process. Prior to joining Cardone Capital, he was a financial services representative at MassMutual. Andres holds dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Accounting and Finance from Florida State University.
Since joining Cardone Capital as Chief Operating Officer, Jim has worked closely with Messrs. Cardone and Tseko on new fund launches and transaction execution while overseeing the firm’s portfolio management and accounting/financial reporting functions. Throughout his career, Jim has acquired, structured and asset managed over $10 billion of real estate investments including 50,000 multifamily units located throughout the United States. Jim has deep experience building and leading teams as well as creating and implementing business plans that maximize asset values and investor returns.
Prior to joining Cardone Capital, Jim co-led the investment and asset management activities of a private REIT that owned approximately 20,000 multifamily units. Jim also has served as Chief Operating Officer of a multifamily owner/operator that self-managed its 8,000-unit portfolio and, earlier in his career, Jim spent seven years as a Managing Director at Square Mile Capital Management (now known as Affinius Capital).
Jim holds a BA from Harvard University and an MBA from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan.
Serves as the Executive Vice President of Cardone Capital, a real estate investment firm with over $5 billion in assets under management, including 14,600 multifamily units and 500,000 square feet of commercial office space. Since joining the firm, Mr. Tseko has played a pivotal role in capital formation, acquisitions, and portfolio strategy—helping raise over $1.7 billion from approximately 20,000 investors. He oversees debt structuring, underwriting, investor relations, and capital markets activity across the firm’s national platform. Mr. Tseko brings a disciplined, analytical approach to real estate investing, shaped by his prior career as a commercial and corporate pilot, where he logged more than 10,000 flight hours. His background in aviation instilled a precision-oriented mindset and commitment to operational excellence that he now applies to managing complex transactions and driving fund performance. He is actively involved in executing Cardone Capital’s long-term vision to scale a 100,000+ unit portfolio while delivering consistent, risk-adjusted returns to investors.
